This introductory session is perfect for anyone curious about trail running or preparing to transition from road to trail. You'll explore multi-terrain paths while learning the fundamentals of trail technique, pacing, and gear.
What to expect: 

A relaxed, guided 5K run through scenic trails- Practical advice on trail running gear and why some races require mandatory kit.
Tips for handling uneven terrain, elevation changes, and weather conditions. Insight into how to safely progress to longer trail distances, including marathons and ultras. Whether you're aiming to enter your first trail race or simply want to enjoy nature while running, this session will give you the tools and confidence to take the next step.

Venues: Stanton rides, Knettishall, Suffolk. and Harling woods, Norfolk. All locations have the option for longer distances. All these routes are away from major roads, offering you a safe space to run.
